Your health data shouldn't live in a filing cabinet.
It shouldn't live in twelve different portals either. myDxHub is one record you own, in a single place, explained in plain language, and shared only with the people you choose.

Who can see your record

Blood work, dental panels, imaging, prescriptions. However many kinds of care you receive, there is one login, one place to read what it all means, and one place to control who sees what.

Blood work and clinical panels: complete blood count, metabolic, cardiovascular, thyroid and vitamin markers.

Oral DNA panels resolved to the pathogen species, inflammatory markers, and dental imaging.

Add the eyeglass or contact lens prescription your eye doctor gave you, and see when it expires.

The medications you are taking, in one list you keep current, so a new clinician is not starting from memory.
Most portals store your records and grant you a view of them. myDxHub was built the other way around: the record is yours, and access is something you extend to a provider rather than something they already have. That is a decision made in the database, not in a privacy policy.
When you end a provider's access, the connection closes in the database itself, at the row level, not a flag the application is trusted to check. Nothing new is shared, and anything they never opened is withdrawn. What they already opened, they keep for a limited time, the way a printout would be, and your access log shows exactly what that was.
Every read of your records is written to an audit trail stamped with your record. What you see in your account is that same trail, not a summary of it, and not a separate report prepared for you.
A complete export of your documents and results is yours to download at any time, without asking anyone and without a request form. The exit is built in, which is what makes the rest of it credible.
However the test was ordered, the result ends up somewhere you own.
A clinical lab panel, an oral DNA kit, imaging, whatever the visit calls for. They invite you to your own secure record.
Lab reports flow into myDxHub the moment they’re ready, parsed into structured results, no waiting on a phone call.
Open your record to see what results mean, watch trends across retests, and share reports with anyone you trust.

A record that belongs to you has to be protected like it. These are the safeguards that exist today, stated the way we would want them checked.
Read how we protect your recordOrder tests, see results the moment they land, and let your patients carry a record that follows them. Practice NPIs are checked against the federal registry at sign-up.

Change dentists, change doctors, move across the country. Your results stay yours, and so does the list of who can see them.
