You order the test. The result lands in a record the patient owns, parsed and explained, with your practice's name on the report. The patient carries that record and controls who can open it; you keep a durable copy by exporting it within your access window.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Register your practice

    Registration creates your practice and your own provider sign-in together, in a few minutes. Your practice and provider NPIs are verified against the federal NPPES registry at sign-up, and the registry’s details are offered as a prefill.

  2. Step 2: Order the test and invite the patient

    Pick the patient and the panel from your dashboard; the kit is tracked from that moment, ordered through resulted. The patient is invited to their own record at the email you have on file.

  3. Step 3: Results land automatically

    When the laboratory returns the report, myDxHub parses it into structured results against the patient’s record and notifies you. You review it and generate the patient report, which is what tells the patient.

  4. Step 4: The patient carries the record. You keep your copy.

    The patient sees what you see, plus the log of who opened it, and can end your access at any time. What you opened while you had access stays open to you for 30 days; download the complete record from the chart within that window to keep a durable copy in your own system.

One record spans every kind of care a patient receives. Two domains are live today and two are in development, and the platform says which is which everywhere it lists them.

What your patients control, and what you keep

Your patients can see every clinical record you can see about them, plus the record of who viewed it. They can end your access and export their own data without asking anyone. That is deliberate, and worth saying out loud at the chair: it is the reason a patient will use this record when they have ignored every portal before it.

The other half is yours. A record you opened while you had access stays open to you for 30 days even if access is later revoked; every open lands on the patient's access log; and the export from the chart is how you keep a lasting copy in your own system. Nothing is deleted when a patient ends your access, and nothing you already opened is taken back.

Your test, and where the result goes

Your practice has ordered a diagnostic test through myDxHub. Here is what happens next, and what you will be able to do with the result.

  1. Step 1: Collect

    Your practice collects the sample and sends the kit to the laboratory.

  2. Step 2: Analyze

    The laboratory runs the panel and returns a report to your practice through myDxHub.

  3. Step 3: Review

    Your provider reviews the result and generates your report. You get an email with a link to sign in and read it.

  4. Step 4: Understand

    Your record explains each marker in plain language, shows your level against its reference range, and tracks the trend when you retest.

The record is yours

  • You can see every result, report and image in your record, and the list of who has opened any of them.
  • Your practice can open your record because you have allowed it. You can end that access from your record at any time, and restore it just as quickly.
  • You can download your complete record whenever you like, and share a single report with anyone you choose through a link that expires.
  • Your account works from any phone, tablet or computer at mydxhub.com.
