What's new
The changes you can see in myDxHub, newest first. Each entry is live in production on the date shown. Work that is still in development is not listed until it ships.
Access to your record lapses after 30 days
Access to your record by anyone other than you now lapses 30 days after their last open of it; a provider who needs a lasting copy exports it within that window.
Providers can download a patient’s complete record
From a patient’s chart, a provider with access can download every record as a ZIP or JSON file, and each report as a PDF, to keep in the practice’s own system.
X-ray uploads fixed
Uploading many X-rays at once no longer drops files, each image carries its own date, and a mistaken upload can be deleted.
NPIs checked against the federal registry
When a practice registers or invites a clinician, the NPI is verified against the federal NPPES registry, and the registry’s details are offered as a prefill.
Report a problem from any page
Every page now has a Report a problem link, and the contact page has a form that lands in the support queue rather than a mail link.
Your access log names the record
Each line under Who Viewed My Records now names the specific result, report or image that was opened, and Show all activity reaches every line.
Guardians can act for a dependant
A practice can establish a guardian for a dependant’s record, and a guardian can switch between the records they act for from their own sign-in.
Allow a provider only some kinds of record
From Privacy & Access you can limit a provider to particular kinds of record, dental but not bloodwork for example, without removing them from your care team.
Two-step verification
Any account can add a second step at sign-in with an authenticator app, from Settings.
FHIR R4 export
Your complete record can be exported as a FHIR R4 bundle, alongside the ZIP and JSON downloads, from Privacy & Access.
Export every document, not just the data
Export My Records now delivers a ZIP with every PDF report and X-ray image included, alongside the structured JSON, and you can see the status of a test kit from your record.
Privacy & Access
One place to see who has access to your record, revoke it, read who has viewed your records, and manage the share links you have created.
